Can I spread the one-off amount?
Yes. You pay a one-off fee for setting up the licence-plate system — the camera arrives pre-configured and connected — and you choose how to settle it: all at once or spread over 12 months. The more you pay upfront, the lower your monthly amount.
How do payment and cancellation work?
The monthly amount is collected automatically via a business SEPA mandate — you never have to think about it. If you take only Wash tickets, it's cancellable monthly. If you spread the one-off amount, a 24-month term applies; pay it all at once and you're tied to nothing.
What if I already have a website or POS?
Then you pick only the blocks you need. Want just licence-plate recognition for your marketing, for example? That's available separately. You never pay for something you already have.
The more I take, the cheaper it gets?
That's right. Take Wash tickets and Licence-plate marketing together and you pay €147 per month instead of €194 — a €47 per month discount, applied automatically.
Do you keep my customer data forever?
We keep the licence plate + timestamp. A licence plate on its own is not personal data, so you may keep it indefinitely for your own statistics and records (you can set a retention period yourself if you wish). Personal data — such as a licence plate linked to an email address — we only process with consent and in line with the GDPR. Note: this reflects EU / GDPR rules. Outside the EU, local data-protection laws apply, and we tailor the data-handling and retention setup to your market.
